Your Michael Kors Access product is compatible with Android™ and iOS devices, specifically with Android OS 4.3 or higher, iOS 8.2/iPhone 5 and above. All devices are Bluetooth(B) smart-enabled with an improved data transfer of 4.1 Low Energy.
The app you will need will depend on your Michael Kors Access product. For a Smartwatch you will need to download the "Android Wear™" app and for an Activity Tracker or the Hybrid Smartwatch you will need to download the "Michael Kors Access" app. For detailed information on how to find these apps for iOS and Android, see the appropriate product support page.
The range of the wireless Bluetooth(B) connection between your phone and your Michael Kors Access product can vary greatly depending on the environment. In general, you should have at least 10 meters (or 30 feet) of connectivity with no walls, doors, or other obstacles in between.
The battery life will depend on the Michael Kors Access product and will vary based on how frequently you interact with the device. For a Smartwatch you should be able to expect up to approximately 24 hours of charge before having to connect it to its charger. For an Activity Tracker or the Hybrid Smartwatch you should get approximately 4-6 months of usage before you need to replace the battery.
New Michael Kors Access products have a 2-year limited warranty. Refurbished Michael Kors Access products have a 6-month limited warranty. For more information on the Warranty refer to the “Legal” link in the footer.
